Low carb honey BBQ chicken and broccoli

Ingredients

  • 1–1½ cups Just Bare Oven Roasted Original Bites
  • ⅓ cup no sugar hot honey BBQ sauce
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. water
  • 1–1½ cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 tsp. sliced green onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat a nonstick pan to medium heat.
  2. Add vegetable oil and chicken to the pan and cook for 8 minutes, flipping halfway through. Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add vegetable oil and minced garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
  4. Add broccoli and water then stir and cover for 3 minutes.
  5. Add BBQ sauce and chicken back into pan and heat for 60 seconds, or until sauce is hot.
  6. Garnish with green onion slices and serve.
